Solo — one truck, one phone

Customers, the day's work list, field reports with photos and signatures, estimates, invoices, and a parts catalog that learns every barcode you scan — all in the Android app. Your database lives on your phone, and when you hire your first tech it ports to a server with you — nothing lost, nothing re-keyed.

$189 a month early access — first five Pro shops by the end of 2026. Eight tech seats and up to twenty logins. The early rate stays with you, with a ceiling of 10% a year after thirty days’ notice.
- Full Pro base: board, jobs, inventory and vans, timeclock, invoices and portal, showroom, isometric CAD, live map, QuickBooks sync as shipped, MSI plus tunnel.
- Softphone, port, Buzz, scanners, Cloud A, and standby stay add-ons unless you add them on the Order.
Annual is $2,590 — $1,890 early access. Extra people are named below — techs and office logins are not the same price.

Stripe Connect 2.0%
Semi-Pro shops that take cards pay Stripe Connect 2% of card volume. Pro and early Pro don’t. The shop stays merchant of record — we don’t skim Pro card volume. Stripe Connect is exactly 2.0% of card volume on Semi-Pro only. Failed or late homeowner payments stay between the shop and their customer. Card surcharge is the shop’s choice and liability.
Who counts as a seat.
Tech seats are the people on the trucks. Everyone else is a login. Active employees count. Archived and past people do not.

Tech, Apprentice, and Laborer. Pro includes 8. Semi-Pro includes 3. Extra tech seats are $10 a month. Buy the slot in the first 90 days and it is $5.
Non-tech logins
Admin, Manager, Office, Dispatch, Shop, and Timeclock Only. Pro has room inside the 20. Semi-Pro includes 5. Extra non-tech logins are $2 a month. First 90 days: $1. Admin and Manager can still wrench. They do not use a tech seat.
What Pro monthly includes.
The shop loop — software-only on day one unless you add phones or hardware on the Order. Softphone is not in this list.
- The board Scheduling and Suggest. Monday starts here.
- Jobs The stop, the paper trail, the field report.
- Inventory & vans Shelf, van, associated parts, and what the tech can sell on site.
- Timeclock Clock in from the same product. Office agrees the hours.
- Invoices & portal Billing from the job you just closed. Their door — not an employee login.
- Showroom Fixtures and installs for the crew on site and at the counter.
- Isometric CAD Draw the house in the same system as the board.
- Live map Who is where while techs are logged in on their phone — not background fleet tracking.
- QuickBooks sync Customers, invoices, and time — as shipped. Your books stay your books.
- MSI + tunnel Installer and a Cloudflare tunnel so the crew can reach the shop’s box.

These are not in Pro $259 / $189 early access or Semi-Pro $99. Day-one is software-only unless you add them on the Order. Shop Complete phones and hardware are configured with you — still not a public dollar figure.
- Phone T1 — softphone + shop CID Browser softphone and shop caller ID. Fees = setup, DID/monthly, and Telnyx usage — see Schedule A. Not in the monthly software fee.
- Phone T2 — port + CRM Port the shop line and wire it into the CRM. Port setup + ported-line monthly + usage; desk SIP optional. Not in the monthly software fee.
- Phone T3 — Buzz After-hours plus on the shop line when you are ready. Not a promise Buzz is live on your line tonight. Commercially offered only after a clean answer path on that shop’s line (no voicemail / Google screening loop). Buzz does not quote prices, invent arrival times, or promise a saved house.
- Cloud A backup Off-box copies if you want them. No public RTO or RPO.
- Standby B/C A second box ready if the shop wants a spare.
- Barcode kits Handheld scanners for receiving and van stock. Not in the monthly.
- Apprentice MPRs $5 a month per company for Oregon apprentice progress reports. Other states are custom.
- Custom integrations Custom-built hooks when a shop needs something extra. Quoted, not included.
It runs on your box.
The shop owns the machine. Shop data stays in your hive. We send an installer and a Cloudflare tunnel so the crew can reach it. We do not host you on our cloud.
Monthly is real month-to-month.
Cancel when you want — your data lives on your box anyway. Annual agreements get the guided onboarding: we move your customers and open work in with you.
The 717 line is an assistant.
Questions, a walkthrough request, or a handoff to HQ. It is not a promise that a person is sitting on the phone all night.
Optional co-marketing: “Powered by NectARM” is Pype-Dream LLC d/b/a NectARM — 5% of the base subscription, excluding seats and add-ons, capped at $50 a month. It is not automatic and not required.
